These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," "your") and bmy88 ("bmy88," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at bmy88.co and all associated subdomains and mobile-optimised versions thereof.

bmy88 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to: a valid government-issued Philippine ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by bmy88 may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

Each player may register and hold only one (1) bmy88 account at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited. bmy88 employs automated systems and manual review processes to detect duplicate registrations. Where duplicate accounts are identified:

• All associated accounts may be permanently suspended without prior notice.
• Any bonuses credited to duplicate accounts will be voided.
• Winnings derived from play on a duplicate account may be forfeited.
• The original account's standing may be reviewed and restricted.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bmy88 login credentials, including your username and password. bmy88 is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to protect your login details. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify bmy88 support immediately via live chat or the support email provided on this website.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information at registration and to update your account details promptly if any information changes. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate account suspension.

bmy88 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your bmy88 account, or any rights or obligations arising from it, to any third party.

All financial transactions on bmy88 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). bmy88 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your bmy88 account upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider (GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other approved methods). bmy88 does not charge fees on deposits, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction fees. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to: (a) successful completion of identity and payment method verification; (b) satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements; and (c) compliance with bmy88's AML (Anti-Money Laundering) obligations under Philippine law. bmy88 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that trigger AML thresholds or exhibit unusual patterns.

All bmy88 RNG (Random Number Generator) games use certified RNG technology that has been independently tested and verified. Live dealer game results are determined by physical game events (cards, dice, roulette wheels) conducted in real time under studio conditions.

In the event of a technical malfunction or system error that affects a game outcome, bmy88 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's account. bmy88 is not liable for interrupted gameplay resulting from player-side technical issues, including connectivity loss, device failure, or browser incompatibility.

If a player believes a game result is incorrect, they may submit a dispute by contacting bmy88 support within fourteen (14) days of the disputed event. Disputes submitted beyond this period will not be entertained. bmy88's decision on game disputes, after review of server logs and game records, shall be final and binding.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bmy88 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any tool that artificially generates gameplay without genuine human decision-making.
• Colluding with other players or dealer agents to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors. Players who discover any such issue must report it to bmy88 immediately and must not exploit it for financial gain.
• Providing false identity information, using a stolen or third-party payment method, or impersonating another person.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or criminal activity through the bmy88 platform.

• Harassing, abusing, or threatening bmy88 staff or other players.

All content on the bmy88 platform — including but not limited to the bmy88 name and logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of bmy88 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the bmy88 platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This license does not include the right to: reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any bmy88 content; use bmy88 branding in any third-party context without prior written consent; or frame or mirror any bmy88 page on any other server or device.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, bmy88 shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform; (b) loss of profits, data, or business opportunities; (c) service interruptions caused by events outside bmy88's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, natural disasters, government actions, or third-party infrastructure failures.

bmy88's total aggregate liability to any player for any cause of action shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bmy88 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary service unavailability. bmy88 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where operationally feasible.

bmy88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or criminal activity; failure to complete identity verification; violation of PAGCOR regulatory requirements; or where continued operation of the account presents a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to bmy88.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their bmy88 account may do so by contacting bmy88 support. Upon voluntary closure, any verified real-money balance (net of any unmet wagering obligations on bonus funds) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable processing period.

Players seeking self-exclusion for responsible gaming purposes should request this specifically through bmy88's responsible gaming tools. Self-exclusion is a separate process from general account closure and carries specific protections and re-activation procedures in compliance with PAGCOR responsible gaming guidelines.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the Civil Code of the Philippines, the Electronic Commerce Act (Republic Act 8792), the Data Privacy Act (Republic Act 10173), and applicable PAGCOR regulations.

Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms — including disputes relating to the validity, interpretation, performance, or breach of these Terms — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Players agree to first attempt resolution of any dispute through bmy88's formal dispute resolution process before initiating legal proceedings.

bmy88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via platform notification or email to the registered address on file, no less than seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Non-material changes (such as typographical corrections or clarifications that do not alter player rights or obligations) may be made without advance notice.

Your continued use of the bmy88 platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the bmy88 platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 10.
